Legacy SaaS was built for a different decade. Priced per seat. Defended by switching costs that no longer hold. AI hasn't made software cheap to build; it's made software cheap to rebuild, and it's made per-seat pricing structurally fragile. When a tool makes its users more efficient, the incumbent can't cut prices without destroying their own revenue. That gap, between what the market pays and what the work actually costs, is the opening.

Digital XR takes shots at that opening. The company builds and owns a small portfolio of software products, each with its own brand, each attacking a specific niche. The operating loop: identify the gap, ship fast, validate against defined thresholds, kill or scale. Products that don't earn their place get killed. Products that do get distribution, capital, and time.
